Jay-Z just announced the Made in America Festival at a press conference in Philadelphia, PA. According to Hov the festival will be a 2 day music fest that will feature up to 28 different artists, including Hov himself. The festival will be taking place Steptember 1st and 2nd at the Benjamin Franklin Parkway in Philly's Fairmount Park. The tickets go on sale on May 23rd and all of the proceeds will go charity. This music fest definitely has the ability to become the East Coast's Coachella.
