Hov rocks the new Brooklyn Nets Logo!
Yesterday we brought you the story of the possible leak of the Brooklyn Nets logo. I guess this photo confirms all of the speculation about the logo... There's no doubt that the logo is fly even though it is a minimalist design.

Tech News: Adobe announces CS6 & The Adobe Creative Cloud.
A little under 2 years after Adobe dropped their ground break CS5 software they've announced their newest ground breaking product (and way to take all of our money) Adobe CS6 and the Adobe Creative Cloud. Adobe has gone all out to spread the news of their newest product and they haven't spared a dime on advertisement. As a photographer I won't lie to you, I'm most likely going to get this software. I'm not happy about how much it costs but its all out of love for my art. Peep the video...

Nike x Twitter= Nike RSVP System
Sh*t just got real in the sneaker game. Real ridiculous! In an attempt to stop all of the madness taking place over Nike signature shoe releases(Jordans, Foamposites, and others limited shoes) Nike has implemented a brand new RSVP system that is only available via twitter! This system is run by each Niketown store individually and each store has their own account. Each of these stores will release a specific tag number that needs to be "DM'd" (Direct Messaged) to the store's twitter account. In exchange the store will direct message confirmations and possible confirmations of sizes to the lucky tweeters. This idea is pretty good in theory, but what about the collectors that don't have twitter accounts? What about collectors that have jobs that don't require them to be away from their phones? Even more importantly what about collectors that are too busy to tweet watch for that code to be released? Like I stated before, this idea is a good one but how much more fair is it than the jobless campers? It's practically internet camping or even better tweet camping! For example the Playoff Jordan Retro XII's are scheduled to release officially on Saturday, 4/21/12, but they're already accounted for at the Nike store here in NY due to their RSVP System... This is ugly... Super Ugly! This is something that's up for discussion, please speak on it!

Fashion Finds: Dior Homme Limited Edition Watches
Dior Homme is releasing two limited edition watches to celebrate the grand reopening Ginza store. These watches are extremely limited to 200 each color. The color options are White face with a blue crocodile band or Black face with a black crocodile band. With a total of only 400 of these watches being produced this is definitely a hot commodity. I want one, but IDK how likely it'll be for me to get my hands on one of these beauties.

Photography News: New Nikon D3200
As of late Canon and Nikon have been going head to head with their DSLR cameras both releasing more than two brand new cameras within the last 6 months. Here's Nikon's newest release is the D3200. This camera is labeled as an entry level DSLR but has better specs than a lot of the mid range DSLRs out at the moment. Just a few of these specs are 24.2 Megapixels, 1080P HD Video recording with FULL TIME AUTO FOCUS ( this is a feature that Canon has not even tried to implement in any of their DSLRs to date), and it comes with a new "WU-1a" mobile adapter, which allows photos to be sent wirelessly to mobile devices including smart phones and tablets. The WU-1a remote also makes it possible for photos to be seen and shot remotely. My take on this new "entry level" DSLR and it's new mobile adapter is pure DOPENESS! If you've been on the market for a New, or your first DSLR, I'm suggesting this one. This suggestion may be a tad bit bias seeing that I am a proud member of #TeamNikon, but honestly speaking this is one of the best equipped entry level DSLRs in a long time!

Tupac Back! Literally!!!
Last night at Coachella Music fest years of rumors were put to rest as Mr. THUGLIFE himself graced the stage and performed two songs with Snoop and Dre. Yeah! That's right Tupac Shakur performed at Coachella last night! As great, and scary as it would've been for the real Tupac to had been on stage last night that just wasn't the case. The folks over at Coachella along with the help of Snoop and Dre created a very life like 3D hologram of Tupac and put him on the Coachella stage to perform two of his most famous songs, Hail Mary and Gangsta Party. When I first saw the video there was no way you couldn't tell me it wasn't the real Pac on that stage, but it wasn't. That was confirmed when he disappeared into dust at the end of the performance.

Photography News: Canon Releases New 60DA
Canon is definitely making waves this year. First they announced and released the 5D Mark III and a little more than a year after the release of their 60D DSLR (designed to compete with Nikon's D7000) they have re-released and repackaged it with a new twist and a few new specs. The new model was named the 60Da, with the A rumored to stand for Astrophotography. Canon has let it be known that they have supped up the ISO capabilities with their focuses being on the camera being able to capture astronomical photos, literally. This new version of their 60D model also comes with a remote that controls exposure settings for long exposures... Pretty Dope!

Music News: Q-Tips signs w/ Kanye's G.O.O.D. Music
News just came throughthe pipeline that Kanye West just signed the legendary Q-Tip top his G.O.O.D Music Label. This is something that I honestly feel is way past due considering all of the work Q has done with the members on the current G.O.O.D. Music roster including, but not limited to, John Legend, Kid Cudi, Big Sean, Common, Pusha T and Mr. West himself!(i.e. Drunken Hot Girls). I'm almost certain that we will hear some verses and tracks from/ featuring Q-Tip on the upcoming G.O.O.D. Music album due out later this year.

According to some online shops based in Europe the South Beach 9's are out and for sale across seas. That means they're only a few days to weeks away. I can;t wait, these are definintely on my cop list even though their price tag is a little too hefty for a pair of Lebrons ($250) in my opinion but hey... Still coppin!

Fashioin Finds: Nike to release Camo VacTech AF1's as part of their 30th anniversary
Nike is set to release a pair of extremely limited and fly VacTech Air Force 1's to mark their 30th anniversary. In my opinion these are dope, especially because of the VacTech detail and the fact that the upper portion of the sneaker is material! These will definitely be a smart purchase for the sneaker heads that follow this blog. These are due out within the next week or so. Keep an eye out.
